Procedure
- Place your order and attach a copy of your ID (or bring it).
- Pay our service fee to start.
- We sit with you (or call you) while you log in to your own eCitizen account — you type your password.
- We complete the application; the official fee is paid directly on eCitizen.
- We send you the confirmation and explain any next steps (e.g. appointments).

This service uses an official government or third-party portal. Official fees are paid at official rates (separately from our fee), and timelines depend on that portal. Some steps may require you in person.
