How “Certificate of Good Conduct application” works
  1. Place your order and pay our service fee.
  2. We complete the DCI application on eCitizen with you; the official fee is paid on eCitizen.
  3. We print your invoice/application form.
  4. You visit the designated DCI or Huduma centre in person for fingerprinting.
  5. When the certificate is ready, we download and print it for you.

Up to 10 files, 15 MB each (PDF, Word, Excel, images…). Never upload passwords.

3 Your contact details

Enter your name exactly as it appears on your M-Pesa or bank payment message (e.g. JOHN KAMAU). We use it to match your payment to your order automatically.

  5. We notify you when it's ready. Collect with your reference + code, or download digital files.
